We aim to ensure all product descriptions, measurements and images are clear and accurate. As furniture is handmade and fabrics may vary slightly, small variations in colour or sizing may occur. These slight differences do not affect the overall function or quality of the product.
All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees may apply depending on location and product type.

Delivery times shown on the website or provided by email are estimates only. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth experience, but factors such as weather, access restrictions or courier delays may affect arrival times.
You must provide accurate delivery details and ensure someone is available to receive the item on the agreed date. If a delivery fails due to incorrect details or no one being available, a redelivery charge may apply.
Some furniture requires access through doorways, hallways or staircases. It is your responsibility to check access before ordering.
You have the right to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once an order has been booked with our delivery team, cancellation fees may apply.
After delivery, you have the right to return eligible items within the return window set out in our Returns Policy. Items must be unused, unassembled and in their original packaging unless damaged or faulty on arrival.

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly or wear and tear is not covered.
Most products include a warranty period which is explained clearly within the product listing. The warranty covers structural faults and manufacturing defects. It does not cover accidental damage, improper assembly or normal ageing of materials.
